WORKSHOPS 2025
From January to May and from August to December (different summer program for June and July)
Our workshops welcome adults, older adults, students and people with disabilities.
No prior art experience needed, just a love for creativity!
Each class is designed to be stress relieving and relaxing. Join us to learn a new skill or refine existing ones. Our workshops are a creative outlet for self-expression and to connect with like-minded people from the community.
English and Spanish speaking instructors are available.
LOCATION: We are located at 323 East, 33rd St, (between 1st and 2nd Aves), New York, NY. Home of the 33 CLUB.
Creative Journaling “The Artist’s Way”
Mondays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Artistic exercises in journaling, collaging, drawing, self connecting and unlocking creativity. Inspired by “The Artist Way” book by Julia Cameron.
Tuition: $ 20 per session.

SEWING UPCYCLING
Mondays from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.
Learning the craft of sewing, create new functions and personal touches in one-of-a-kind pieces. A creative and sustainable way to brings new life to clothing, fabrics, and linens.
Tuition: $ 20 per session.

VINTAGE ART & SERVICE
Fridays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Learning vintage art techniques of painting on fabrics and hand sewing (amongst other similar activities) to create useful gifts that can be donated to local outreach programs. Learn how to make vintage art objects while making a positive impact on the community; combining the love for art, community service and social connection.
Tuition: $ 20 per session.

WATERCOLOR,
TEA & SYMPATHY
Fridays from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.
Learn the basics of watercolor technique while exploring the world of Beatrix Potter (Author and illustrator of Peter Rabbit) and enjoying a hot cup of tea. The workshop is focused on giving the participants a moment of relaxation through watercolors and social connection.
Tuition: $ 20 per session.

PAINTING AND DRAWING
SATURDAYS
Saturdays
Morning session: from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Afternoon session: from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.
Directed to all interested in learning the basics of drawing and painting. Each participant will be followed individually by their instructors on site and with the remote support of Maestro Francesco Santoro. Previous students of our summer art program are welcome as well as new beginners.
Tutition: $ 20 per session (morning or afternoon)
$ 40 full day.
