About us

NEW RENAISSANCE ARTS CENTER OF NEW YORK, INC. is a nonprofit incorporated in New York, on July 9th 2018, and tax exempt under IRS section 501 (c) (3). Founded and directed by Maestro d’arte Francesco Santoro Italian renaissance style artist and art history scholar, with the assistance of the artist Mary Frank Wilches

Our mission is to offer opportunities for the promotion of the arts and culture through art workshops and events for the community as well as efforts for the conservation of artistic heritage.

Since 2014, the NRAC of NY is offering art events open to the public in the Greenwich Village area of Manhattan, and from 2023 in Kips Bay at 323 E. 33rd St. The activities started with series of Art History Lectures and a summer art classes program , where the participants experienced the study of art in a Master-Apprentice style. Teaching the students from the great masters of the Italian Renaissance, inevitable drives them to a spiritual journey, understanding in depth the great sense of faith that the masters expressed through their works.

Starting in January 2025 (thanks to the KBCA and 33 Club) we are offering a full year program of artistic activities including workshops, summer art program, lectures and art exhibitions dedicated to the promotion of art as a way to uplift and nourish the mind and spirit, as well as creating community connections and promote the work of underrepresented artists.
